The Precision Instrument Company's new P216 is a form and fit replacement, tri-color bargraph, for the Hayes Republic 216, Ametek-Dixson BK051 and BT071 as well as some Weschler Instruments BD-101 series units. The P216 comes with a full 5 digit numeric display and has optional 9-36VDC or 90-265VAC / 110-370VDC power input. Signal inputs can be Serial RS485, Analog VDC and resistance to include strain-gauge, thermocouple, RTD, Potentiometer and 4-20mADC current, True RMS and Frequency (Hz). Outputs are optional and include 4 each, 5 amp rated form A relays and a 16 bit isolated analog output with 0-20mA or -10VDC to +10VDC, both of which are scale able as desired.

PBS Bargraph Display with its automatic programmable tri-color bargraph replaces GE / Yokogawa "DB-40" style switchboard meters, Dixson's model BTW71 / BW051, Weschler BG series and other similar instruments. PM Low cost Bargraph meter with 2 digit LED display

PM series of low cost LED bargraph Displays are available in 51 or 101 segment versions. Both can be ordered as serial remote displays or single channel analog input displays and offer 5VDC, 10-32VDC or 90-265VAC power input options. Special factory configured color ranges are available on the 51 segment version while the 101 segment version is single color only.  A very close replacement for the obsolete Dixson BE051 and BE101 series however some wiring changes and panel cutout changes may be required.

PE and PS series tri color  Bargraph meter with 4 digit LED display 

    Our new P series Edgewise bargraph and Switchboard bargraph displays are ideal for replacement of legacy meters from Dixson, Weschler,
GE's DB-40, GE's 180 and similar units from numerous other suppliers. The 51 segment tri color bargraph is programmed to change color upon reaching a set point if desired and the full four digit numeric display provides a 0.1% resolution. These lower cost units have been designed as display only type of units, avoiding the higher costs of adding relay output functions, analog outputs and communications. They are intended to be applied into application where no control is needed, just simple, high reliability and accurate indication of the process variable. P50 series 4-20mA Loop Powered LED vertical bargraph display

Brand new and low cost! 50 segment LED vertical bargraph display, only one inch wide and loop powered for those very low cost applications. The new P50 has a loop drop of only 5VDC and if this is too much for the loop to handle, you can always use external DC or AC power, just build it into the part number. The 50 segments provide a 2% resolution and the unit is NEMA 4 when mounted onto the panel with the supplied rubber gasket. Pluggable screw terminal connectors are standard and it is jumper configurable to fill the bargraph from bottom or as a moving pointer (only 1, 3 or 5 bars lit). P101 series vertical LED bargraph is a drop in replacement for Ametek Dixson BE051 and BE101

After undergoing a complete transformation from our standard product offering and after numerous requests from our very loyal customers, we are very proud to introduce  the P101 vertical or horizontal bargraph display. The P101 features a 101 segment single color LED bargraph with a full four digit numeric display. The numeric is capable of displaying a full range from -9999 to 9999 and decimal points can be enabled in any of four different positions. The P101 is a full 100% form and fit replacement for the discontinued Ametek Dixson BE series. The only noticeable improvement we made was to provide a pluggable screw terminal connector instead of the clumsy and hard to deal with edge card connector. The new P101 also has 21st century technology built in. We are certain you will not be disappointed. The PD digital panel meter is an analog input high read rate display. The analog inputs of DC Volts or Amps, RMS Volts or Amps, 4-20mADC, strain gage, Thermocouple and RTD are fully scaleable to engineering units. Output options of 4-20mADC, 0-10VDC and 10 Amp relays available for control or retransmission of signal data to remote indicators or PLC's and DCS systems. A batch relay output for batch process control simplifies batch needs. The serial communications port allows for remote data logging and transmission of the signal variable and configuration. Power input of 9-36VDC or 85-265VAC compliment this devices flexibility.

The PC Digital panel meter is a pulse input counter, frequency meter, Quadrature meter, timer and clock. Additionally, the PC digital panel meter is available with a 4-20mADC input integrator for flow totals. The unit is fully configurable for input voltage levels up to 250V peak. Output options of 4-20mADC, 0-10VDC and 10 Amp relays available for control or retransmission of signal data to remote indicators or PLC's and DCS'. The P1 Digital panel meter is a low cost 4 digit serial remote display with 0.6" numerals. Available with isolated 8-32VDC power input or 5VDC power input. Communications include bi-directional RS232c or half duplex RS422 (receive only). When used as RS232c, each device echo's the received data to its transmit port, enabling you to daisy chain the devices. The RED LED display provides excellent visibility and can be dimmed through the serial port.  Also available with yellow or green digits on request. The P26 triple 6 digit LED Digital Panel Meter display is packaged in an industry standard ANSI size 4 1/2 inch housing. Use it to replace the aging 4 1/2 inch switchboard meters and gain improved accuracy, readability and add additional channels at the same time. Standard input ranges include 4-20mADC, 1-5VDC, 0-10VDC, RMS volts and Amps, thermocouple, RTD or strain gage. The unit comes standard with a serial RS232 communications port for easy set up and programming.
