Select from 1/8 DIN panel meters, standard 6 inch edgewise bargraph displays or ANSI standard 4 1/2 inch switchboard sizes all available as simple display only digital panel meters to more sophisticated automatic color changing bargraph displays.  Their multiple input options of 4-20mA, thermocouple, RTD, DC Volts, DC amps and RMS Volts, RMS amps makes them suitable for just about any application. Combined with our flexible outputs of 4-20mADC, 0-5VDC, 10 Amp relays or logic outputs for a complete control or alarming center. The analog output resolution is 16 bits. Use the serial communications to compliment your control system and poll each unit as needed for data collection and data logging. HI-QTEK vertical bargraph display has a 51 segment automatic tri-color bargraph display and is available as single or dual channel. The fully programmable color zone ranges, multi channel input capability, optional relay outputs, analog outputs and RS232c, RS422 or RS485 serial communications provide for maximum system flexibility while maintaining low cost of ownership. Industry standard analog input of 4-20mADC, 1-5VDC, 0-10VDC, RMS Volts / Amps, RTD and Thermocouples Available. Power inputs of 10-32VDC or 90-265VAC, 10 Amp relay outputs, 4-20mADC retransmission and external loop power enhance the overall performance of the unit. Popular replacement for the older Moore Products displays.

HI-QTBS ANSI size Switchboard  Bargraph meter with 6 digit LED display

HI-QTBS Bargraph Display with its automatic programmable tri-color bargraph replaces GE / Yokogawa "DB-40" style switchboard meters, Dixson's model BTW71 / BW051, Weschler BG series and other similar instruments. The bargraph display can be configured to change colors at your predetermined points or can be configured as a single color graph.  The scale plate marking is 0-100% standard with special scale plates available to fit your particular requirements.  The 101 segment Bargraph display provides 1% resolution while the 6 digit numeric display provides 0.001% resolution.  The numeric display is also programmable to show from 1 to 6 digits so if your operators are trained to use only 4 digits of accuracy you can set this up for them.  This unit is a very popular replacement for the GE DB40, Dixson BW051 , BW051P and similar Yokogawa, Westinghouse and Weschler instruments.

HI-Q114      11 inch tall tri color  Bargraph meter with 4 digit LED display

HI-Q114 edgewise Bargraph Display replaces the obsolete Chessel 700 series of instruments. The HI-Q114 Bargraph meter comes as a single tri-color bargraph with a full 4 digit numeric display. The bargraph resolution is 2% (51 segments) and is fully programmable for color zone range, bar start & full scale value, flashing and more. The addition of the analog outputs and relay outputs allows you to sound alarms, control pumps and retransmit the signal to a PLC or DCS for remote control, data logging or secondary remote indication.  The communications port, along with our software package allows for quick and easy configuration of the unit for your particular needs. The scale plate is 0-100% standard and special scale plates are available as needed.

HI-Q116 tri color  Bargraph Display with 4 digit LED display

HI-Q116  vertical bargraph Meter replaces the obsolete Bailey "RY" series. Comes with a fully programmable tri-color LED bargraph and 4 digit, 0.38" numeric LED display, single or dual channels. The Multi input channel capabilities, front panel replaceable scale plate, full metal enclosure for maximum EMI/RFI protection and 10-32VDC or 90-265VAC power inputs provide total system flexibility. The 51 segment bargraph display gives you a 2% resolution and can be programmed for flashing on alarm limits and color changing. Unit is front panel mounted using the twist-lock fasteners for front panel serviceability and also available as a drop in replacement which will slide into the existing Bailey CAN without the need to change the wiring.

HI-Q118 vertical bargraph Display replaces the obsolete Foxboro "257" series. Comes with a fully programmable tri-color LED bargraph and 4 digit, 0.38" numeric display, single, dual or triple channel. The multi input channel capabilities, front panel replaceable scale plate, full metal enclosure for maximum EMI/RFI protection and 10-32VDC or 90-265VAC power inputs give total system flexibility. Add the Relay outputs, analog outputs and RS232c, RS422 or RS485 serial communications for alarm monitoring and control. HI-Q119 Industry Standard tri color  Bargraph meter with 4 digit LED display

HI-Q119 vertical bargraph Display replaces the GE180 series as well as other standard 6" edgewise meters such as the Westinghouse VX251 and VX252, International Instruments 1151 and 1152, Dixson BB101P / BB202P and various Weschler products . Comes with a fully programmable 51 segment tri-color LED bargraph display and 4 digit, 0.38" numeric display. The single and dual channel versions are in the same size enclosure. Its multi input channel capabilities, front panel replaceable scale plate, full metal enclosure for maximum EMI/RFI protection and 10-32VDC or 90-265VAC power inputs give maximum system flexibility. HI-QSLIM Low cost Bargraph meter with 2 digit LED display

HI-QSLIM series of low cost LED bargraph Displays are available in 51 or 101 segment versions. Both can be ordered as serial remote displays or single channel analog input displays and offer 5VDC, 10-32VDC or 90-265VAC power input options. Special factory configured color ranges are available on the 51 segment version while the 101 segment version is single color only.  A very close replacement for the obsolete Dixson BE051 and BE101 series however some wiring changes and panel cutout changes may be required.
