Low Cost Bargraph Meters and Displays
Finally after a few years of R&D on these
no frills bargraph displays, Precision Instrument Company is proud to
introduce our new line of bargraph meters. The Low Cost Bargraph displays shown below
have been designed in industry standard sizes both circular style LED and LCD
as well as edgewise style LED and LCD bargraphs. They are no frills, no
outputs display only type of units with loop powered, Isolated DC power or
Isolated AC power versions. Signal inputs are limited to DC only with low level
current or voltage ranges such as 4-20mADC, 1-5VDC and so forth. Please take

PE and PS series
tri color Bargraph meter with 4 digit LED display
Our new P series Edgewise bargraph and Switchboard bargraph displays are
ideal for replacement of legacy meters from Dixson, Weschler,
GE's DB-40, GE's 180 and similar units from numerous other suppliers. The 51
segment tri color bargraph is programmed to change color upon reaching a set
point if desired and the full four digit numeric display provides a 0.1%
resolution. These lower cost units have been designed as display only type
of units, avoiding the higher costs of adding relay output functions, analog
outputs and communications. They are intended to be applied into application
where no control is needed, just simple, high reliability and accurate
indication of the process variable. Support inputs are low level DC voltage
or current such as
0-10VDC or 4-20mADC and Isolated power inputs of 10-32VDC or 90-265VAC are

P50
series 4-20mA Loop Powered LED vertical bargraph display
Brand new and low cost! 50 segment LED
vertical bargraph display, only one inch wide and loop powered for those
very low cost applications. The new P50 has a loop drop of only 5VDC and if
this is too much for the loop to handle, you can always use external DC or
AC power, just build it into the part number. The 50 segments provide a 2%
resolution and the unit is NEMA 4 when mounted onto the panel with the
supplied rubber gasket. Pluggable screw terminal connectors are standard and
it is jumper configurable to fill the bargraph from bottom or as a moving
pointer (only 1, 3 or 5 bars lit). Click on picture to download the

P51
series 4-20mA Loop Powered LED circular bargraph display
51 segment LED switchboard bargraph
display, standard 4 1/2 inch square housing and only one inch thick. Loop
powered for those very low installation cost applications. The new P51 has a
loop drop of only 5VDC and if this is too much for the loop to handle, you
can always use external DC or AC power, just build it into the part number.

P101
series vertical LED bargraph is a drop in replacement for Ametek
Dixson BE051 and BE101
After undergoing a complete transformation from our standard
product offering and after numerous requests from our very loyal customers,
we are very proud to introduce the P101 vertical or horizontal
bargraph display. The P101 features a 101 segment single color LED bargraph
with a full four digit numeric display. The numeric is capable of displaying
a full range from -9999 to 9999 and decimal points can be enabled in any of
four different positions. The P101 is a full 100% form and fit replacement
for the discontinued Ametek Dixson BE series. The only noticeable
improvement we made was to provide a pluggable screw terminal connector
instead of the clumsy and hard to deal with edge card connector. The new
P101 also has 21st century technology built in. We are certain you will not
